Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog! I swore I would start this last year, but what better time to start than with a new year. 2013 has a lot in store for me.

Over the last year I have been sharing my food photos on Instagram and other social media apps and have received great feedback! So I hope to share lots of recipes with photos- hopefully some step by step recipes as well.

As of January 2nd I will be one year meat free! My vegetarian- or rather, lacto, ovo, pesceterian, life inspired the title of my blog. I have still been indulging in dairy, eggs, and fish this year, but I hope to cut back in 2013 and really start experimenting with different proteins and nutrient dense foods.

Enjoy some delish recipes and please give me some feedback if you try them out! Let me know what worked and what didn't work. Happy cooking!
